Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Assistant Manager to join our sales team. As a sales, you will be responsible for domestic sales and verify the schedule vs supply of customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Must have work experience in B2B.
  2. Customer acquisition through visits, telephone, e-mail and industry events like Exhibitions/ Expo.
  3. Identify and understand end user applications and need to offer the best solution.
  4. Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for the future through on-going visits to customers and potential customers.
  5. Market mapping and identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry within the country; researching and analyzing marketing and sales options for new business development.
  6. To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for new clients added, no. of introductory, proposal and negotiation meetings done with prospects clients and order value received as well as conversion ratio details on a weekly basis.
  7. To collect and analyze market information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
  8. To build and strengthen business relationships with existing clients within the country.
  9. To sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing old and new clients.
  10. Follow-up for payment, sample reports and Customer Feedback etc. Participation in Customer Audits.

Requirements:

  1. First Preference :- Education: MBA/PGDBM (Sales & Marketing).
  2. Second Preference :- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or 7 Year experience in B2B.
  3. Third Preference :- Education: Candidate who have technical qualification viz. B.Tech, Diploma in engineering will also be considered in exceptional cases.
  4. Experience:- Min. 6 Yrs. working in the Sales & Marketing field, preferably in same field or similar industries will be preferred and having experience in automotive, whitegoods industries etc. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong persuasions skills, computer skills, telephonic and team-leading skills • Ability to work under pressure • Honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary:

Annual CTC: 40k to 45k CTC
