Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job Brief:

Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. Who will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
To be successful as a Sales Manager, the ideal candidates should be able to analyze data and sales statistics besides improving the business and marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company for key account customers as well as NBD business primarily from automotive and white goods industries.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Managing a team of sales personnel, including setting sales targets, providing training and guidance, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive and productive sales culture.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, pricing strategies and sales forecasting.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, and making data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
• Meeting Clients, generating enquiries and sending techno-commercial offers to them. Also, to handle new RFQ’s involve in techno commercial discussion, order negotiations, order finalization and Order Execution.
• Interacting with internal cross-functional departments (Production, Quality, SCM, NPD, Tool Room, etc.).
• To conduct meetings with sales excellence team members and support staff as per laid down system.

Qualification & Skills:

MBA or PGDM (Sales/Marketing/Operations) from reputed institutes.
Additional Qualification: B. Tech. (Mech. Engg.) or Equivalent is desirable.
10+ years experience in sales management, direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
5+ years experience in Handling a team of 10+
Candidates from Automotive or similar industries will be preferred.
Strong prospecting(process of initiating and developing new revenues (business) skills and excellent closing skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Well versed with Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP
Age should be 35 to 45 Years

Salary:

Annual CTC: INR 10 Lakhs to INR 11 Lakhs
