Manager- Growth & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement the national sales strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership
- Build, lead and motivate a high-performing sales team across regions PAN India.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to sales managers and teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and excellence.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve escalated issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and client meetings.
- Operational Oversight
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales systems to optimise operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply chain teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Market Development
- Drive business expansion into untapped regions and new market segments.
- Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B product sales.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong Data analytics and persuasion skills.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics and customer behaviours.
