Manager- Growth & Strategy

Location: Gurugram -Head office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement the national sales strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
    • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
    • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership
    • Build, lead and motivate a high-performing sales team across regions PAN India.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to sales managers and teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and excellence.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Resolve escalated issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Represent the company in high-level negotiations and client meetings.
  4. Operational Oversight
    • Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
    • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales systems to optimise operations.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply chain teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  5. Market Development
    • Drive business expansion into untapped regions and new market segments.
    • Develop partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company’s market position.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in B2B product sales.
  3. Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
  4. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong Data analytics and persuasion skills.
  6. Deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics and customer behaviours.
