Rubber
A Rubber Gaskets are a mechanical seal that fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally used to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression to seal high pressure under static conditions.
The Rubber gasket must be able to maintain a seal under high pressure and temperature changes. Important size dimensions to consider when specifying gaskets include inside diameter, outside diameter, thickness or working height, and rated or working load.
Advantages of Rubber Gaskets
- Customizability
- Variety of colors options
- Variety of materials selection options
- Heat & Temperature / Targeted resistances
Rubber Gaskets Material
We manufacture a large variety of Rubber Gasket Seals of different shapes & sizes from a variety of rubber grades like VITON, SILICON, EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, SBR & NATURAL. The hardness rating on a Shore A scale for Gaskets can be 30 ~ 95 Durometer. Exact specifications should be clarified by our engineers, as the chemical and physical properties of Gaskets can differ based on manufacturing technique.
