EPDM O-Rings

EPDM (Ethylene propylene) is a copolymer formed from ethylene and propylene (known as EPM), and in certain cases, it becomes a terpolymer with the inclusion of a diene monomer (EPDM). The presence of this diene monomer is significant as it introduces unsaturation to facilitate sulfur crosslinking.

EPDM (Ethylene propylene) has been in use since 1961, primarily appreciated for its exceptional resistance to hydraulic fluids like Skydrol® and other phosphate ester types (such as Pydraul® and Fyrquel®). Additionally, it is valued for its typical operating temperature range, which spans from -55 to +150°C.

• Aliphatic & aromatic hydrocarbons
• Di-ester based lubricants
• Halogenated solvents
• Petroleum oils
